Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlavorGPT, developed by FlavorAI and operated by YBX Labs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent. By using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Account & Authentication

You may create an account using fingerprint authentication, passkey, GitHub OAuth, or other supported methods. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials — including your 32-character fingerprint string. FlavorGPT cannot recover lost fingerprints. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
• Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in account downgrade or suspension. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FlavorGPT and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI models through the Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before use in production, legal, medical, or financial contexts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlavorGPT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
