Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Tier
The FlavorGPT free tier (FlavorGPT by FlavorAI, operated by YBX Labs) requires no payment and can be used indefinitely. No refund applies since no charge is made.
2. Paid Subscriptions
FlavorGPT offers monthly and annual paid plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
- Monthly Plans: You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within the billing cycle.
- Annual Plans: You may request a prorated refund for the unused months within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds are issued, but you may cancel and retain access until the end of the annual period.
3. Refund Eligibility
A full refund may be issued in the following circumstances:
- You were charged in error (duplicate payment, wrong plan).
- A critical service outage prevented you from using the platform for more than 72 consecutive hours.
- You request a refund within 14 days of your first-ever paid subscription and have not used the Service extensively.
4. Crypto Payments
Payments made via cryptocurrency (BNB, SOL, TRX through NOWPayments) are non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain transactions. If you believe a crypto payment was made in error, contact our support team and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis, potentially issuing account credit instead.
5. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise agreements have custom billing and refund terms defined in your service contract. Contact your account manager or our sales team for details.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email [email protected] with your account username and the reason for your request.
- Include your transaction ID or payment receipt if available.
- We will respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 7–10 business days.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Your data will be retained for 30 days after the subscription ends, after which it may be permanently deleted.
